About Us : Places You’ll Go Therapy has a vision to become a leading provider of healthcare services, specializing in home health.
Currently, we primarily service the pediatric population, between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan.

Position Overview : We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide supervision to SLPAs, with the option to carry their own caseload.
The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' speech therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
Qualifications :
- Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology License
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Article 9 Certification
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
