Job Description Join our dynamic team at Soliant Education in Salem, OR, where we are committed to making a difference in students' lives through exceptional speech therapy services.

We are in search of a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support our therapists in delivering effective interventions and fostering a supportive environment for student growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist SLPs with therapy delivery and monitor student progress.
  • Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment.
  • Document therapy sessions and participate in the development of intervention plans.
  • Engage students in activities designed to facilitate effective communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid SLPA certification in Oregon (or eligible).
  • Strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to student interactions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
