A prestigious state-of-the-art Health Center in New york, New York, actively seeking to immediately hire a board-certified FNP or PA with an active NY license to join the staff.
This role involves providing patient care services and consultations through advanced telecommunication technology, all while being onsite at the healthcare center location in New York, New York.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across various locations from the health center, ensuring continuity of care and promoting patient well-being of children of all ages.
Bodhi Medical Care and Apple Pediatrics offers $80-110 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Counsel patients about options for their medical conditions.
- Manage overall patient care, provide patient care services and consultations through advanced telecommunication technology.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facilitate specialist referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive onsite telehealth consultations for patients of all ages ranging from pediatric to geriatric, and
- Give pediatric vaccines.
- Educate patients on preventative care and disease management.
Qualifications :
- Board certified, must be Medicaid-NY credentialed.
- Active NY state license, (MUST be located in NY, Brooklyn, as the job is Onsite at the health care center).
