Description
- Responsible for building and driving sourcing strategy across company
- Recruit, screen and interview candidates presenting best talent to hiring managers
- Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct prescreening interviews with technical candidates to access skillset
- Manage a requisition load of multiple job openings at a time.
- Utilize professional / networking groups in order to attract new talent in creative ways
- Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
- Work with each regional manager to analyze staffing levels in anticipation of recruiting needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or 10+ years of craft field supervision
- Experience working with craft professionals (Technicians, CDL Operators, Safety Coordinators, Project Managers, Field Supervisors)
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques other sourcing methods
- Must be willing to travel
