Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Reps for an educational institute in Mesa, AZ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering $17 / hr to start.
Candidates will need to be able to work between the hours of 6am-7pm (8-hr shift) and will be fully on-site. Apply today!
Responsibilities :
- Calling potential students to engage them with an Admissions officer to learn more about the enrollment process
- Transferring leads and setting on-campus appointments for future students
- Ability to overcome objections and ask clarifying questions
- Perform outbound phones calls / follow up calls
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly goals
Qualifications :
- Upbeat and high energy personality
- No outbound calls / sales experience required but a plus
- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to work on-site
