Licensed Therapist/Mental Health Counselor

Are you ready to try private practice but don't wanna deal with all the stress of generating clients? We're welcoming licensed clinicians interested in private practice experience, trauma work, and couples counseling.

We do everything for you, so you can focus on patient care & professional growth. The ideal candidate would want to start PT with 10-20 clients / week.

We're looking for someone who can work from the office 2 days / week and the rest remotely. If you decide to go full time, we'll be happy to give you more clients.

The FT expectation is 25-30 clients / week. We anticipate that you can get to 10-20 clients / week within 1-2 months and full caseload within 3 months.

Duties

• Conduct psycho-social intakes
• Provide individual and couples therapy
• Document progress notes for every session within 24 hrs of the session being conducted
• Create treatment plans within the first 3 sessions of seeing a client and update them every 90-120 days.
• Engage in monthly individual and group supervision
• PT schedule 10-15 clients / week. FT schedule 25-30 clients / week
• Ability to work in person from our office 2-3 days / week and remotely 2-3 days / week
• Able to work 4-8 pm 2-3 times / week and or Sat / Sunday

Qualifications :

This is a PT W2 position with the option to transition into FT. PT is considered 10-15 hr / week. FT 25 hrs / week. It typically takes a clinician with good retention 2 months to reach a full case load.

• Licensed and residing in the state of Florida as a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HOLD ANY OF THESE LICENSES.
• 3 years of clinical experience.
• Able to work 4-8pm 3x week and or Saturdays 9am-1pm
• Trauma-based intervention training a plus
