Maintain training assignment and completion records for all US employees through the database
Ensure the Companies Qualified Trades trainings programs are tracked in the database.
Gather and evaluate information from attendees and management on training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
Provide stewardship of the company's Qualified Trades training program through reporting, planning and advising on progress
Coordinate training sessions : attendee identification and communication, travel logistics, book venues, meal arrangements, attendance tracking, etc
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
3 years work experience, preferably supporting training initiatives in a safety sensitive environment with multiple locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other presentation software and knowledge and operation of presentation hardware
