Responsibilities

  • Maintain training assignment and completion records for all US employees through the database
  • Ensure the Companies Qualified Trades trainings programs are tracked in the database.
  • Gather and evaluate information from attendees and management on training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Provide stewardship of the company's Qualified Trades training program through reporting, planning and advising on progress
  • Coordinate training sessions : attendee identification and communication, travel logistics, book venues, meal arrangements, attendance tracking, etc

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 years work experience, preferably supporting training initiatives in a safety sensitive environment with multiple locations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other presentation software and knowledge and operation of presentation hardware
