About The Position
A clinical medical director is needed in Oregon. This position will be 75% clinical and 25% administrative. The incoming director will work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and physicians work 4, 10-hour days.
You will be providing direct patient care and on-site clinical leadership. Come mentor, coach, and serve as an advocate for the providers.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of leadership experience. Previous administrative experience is also preferred. This is more than a job, it is a lifestyle.
