We are seeking a highly energetic Recruiter with the creative drive and expertise to source health-care professionals from EMS programs and industry related job fairs.
IMMEDIATELY HIRING! RECRUITER - FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY IN BAY SHORE, NEW YORK AND NEW YORK CITY BOROUGHS (LOCAL TRAVEL REQUIRED)
STARTING ANNUAL SALARY OF $70,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES
- Recruiter will partner with Leaders to understand their staffing needs. Based off needs analysis put together a staffing model to support growth for the appropriate fiscal year.
- In conjunction with local management, Recruiter will develop effective relationship with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
- Must be able to travel, as required to relevant corporate or recruiting events, including, but not limited to schools & industry related job fairs.
- Based on business and departmental goals and needs analysis, develop cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Recruiter will ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with affirmative action reporting including documented interview notes, etc.
- Partner with the local operations and / or human resources teams to set-up interviews in partnership with department leaders.
- Recruiter will advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Social Media / Marketing experience (preferred).
- Possess a valid State Driver's License.
- Two-year experience in recruitment / selection and related employment law practices (preferred).
- Advanced social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising.
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking & ability to execute results.
- Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth
