Job Title : Data Architect

Location : Basking Ridge, NJ

Duration : 12months

• Job Description;
• Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of desired products.
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team.
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Approve final product before launch.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.)
• Knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS, JavaScript and UI / UX design
• Work with application, architecture and data protection teams to design data localization / data sovereignty solutions.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important) :

• System Architecture, Data Architecture, Solution Engineering, Data Base Administration
• System analysis

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architect
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data scraping techniques.
• Strong understanding of Data Security and Corporate Security policies and regulations.
• Excellent documentation skills, role requires technical documentation of architect solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
