What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization
  • Establish and improve sales processes, including targeting and segmentation
  • Lead territory alignment and customer targeting processes
  • Develop and implement automated reporting for analysis and review
  • Design and administer sales incentive compensation plans

What Is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations and analytics within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Advanced degree in MBA, MS, MD, or PhD
  • Experience in building sales incentive compensation plans
  • Previous experience in a matrix environment and collaborating across functions and geographies
