At True North Home Care, we know how important the evening shift is to our clients and their quality of life. A quality evening shift caregiver impacts the clients oral intake, quality of sleep, and overall happiness.
Shifts are generally in the range of 1pm-midnight. 4, 8 or 12 hour shifts available.
We are looking for quality compassionate caregivers who want to make a difference in the most important part of the day for clients.
Tasks on evening shift include but are not limited to :
- Preparing Meals / Feeding assistance
- Teeth Brushing / Oral Care
- Dressing / Undressing
- Toileting Assistance / Incontinence Care
- Transfers : Gait Belt / hoyer lift / sit stand, etc.
- Bathing / Showering Assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Hearing Aid Assistance
- Activities
- Transportation of clients to appointments, stores, etc.
