Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Expand Client Base : We seek a skilled hunter to acquire new clients, penetrate target vertical markets, and rigorously assess new business opportunities.
- Analyze and Tailor Solutions : Understand client requirements and create solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Cultivate Relationships : Strengthen partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
- Explore and Develop Markets : Investigate untapped markets and devise growth strategies
- Leverage Market Insights : Use industry trends and competitor insights to inform decision-making and execute growth strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Provide Strategic Guidance : Advise executives on business trends and new service / product development.
- Implement Effective Marketing Strategies : Promote and differentiate the company’s products and services.
Required Skills :
Strong experience in Sales of Customer Experience (CX) call centers and Business Process Outsourcing.
A proven track record on achieving new business client growth.
