Childcare Teacher Decatur
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Teacher for our nationally accredited school in Decatur at Dekalb Medical.
We are hiring immediately and would love to meet you!
Pay rate of $12-$18 per hour , based on experience, education, and credentials.
Teacher Responsibilities :
- Implement our award-winning curriculum to meet each child's unique learning style.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app.
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
- Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Requirements
- Lead Teacher : Minimum of a CDA required.
- Assistant Teacher : Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
- Ability to undergo and pass a background check.
