Salary : $110-150K (DOE)

Location : Must be located near Milwaukee

Schedule : REMOTE / HYBRID

Requirements : Min 4-7+ years Public Accounting 7 Audit Exp, CPA or EA

We are a premier midsize CPA firm located on the outskirts of the Milwaukee area. We are about 150+ employees and growing.

We are a full service CPA firm with a wide range of clients including for profit, non-profit, international and even a few publicly traded entities.

We tend to operate in the small to mid market business verticals with a host of different HNWIs from many different industries and walks of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall audit process for clients, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Review and analyze financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide guidance and support to audit team members, including conducting performance evaluations and mentoring
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risks
• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting and auditing standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as tax and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clients
• Participate in business development activities, such as attending networking events and identifying opportunities for new clients

What You Need For This Position

• Active CPA
• At least 5+ years of Public Accounting Experience
• At least 3+ years of Audit Management Experience
• Has shown solid tenure in past roles
