Description :

As greenskeeper you are responsible for the upkeep of the golf courses including all horticultural practices. Responsibilities typically include raking bunkers, watering plants, repairing divots, trimming tee boxes, blowing leaves / debris, and mowing the course.

Responsibilities :

• mowing and trimming of turf
• maintaining cleanliness and safety of golf course
• planting and trimming of bushes / trees
• spreading mulch or pine straw
• raking bunkers
• blowing leaves / debris

Requirements :

Required Skills / Abilities :

A high attention to detail and awareness.

Ability to adequately understand and communicate in English.

Ability to work weekend mornings (every-other) and holidays (just morning).

Ability to use basic landscaping equipment and hand tools.

Ability to drive golf cart responsibly.

Ability to operate, or willingness to learn to operate, a manual shift utility vehicle responsibly.

Ability to start work at 6 : 15am.

Education and Experience :

Six months of landscaping experience

Physical Requirements :

Ability to frequently bend and lift.

Ability to work in all kinds of weather.

Carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching, walking long distances.
