A growing and stable manufacturing company is URGENTLY looking for Account Managers to focus on customer care with major accounts.
This role will be managing and maintaining key accounts within the West Coast. This is a hybrid role - with four days in office and one day from home.
This positions offers growth, stability and a place to call home.
This role is a long term temp role, but there is a possibility it can become direct hire.
Qualified candidates MUST have :
- At least two years of order processing and call center experience
- Able to process orders from start to finish
- Managing heavy emails and calls from clients
- Manage credits and returns
- Bilinguel Spanish preferred
- Able to commute with shipping and warehouse department on inventory
- MS Office Suite knowledge
- AS400 or similar ERP system
- Being able to work with cross functional departments
- Able to resolve disputes with customer accounts and work with collections department
- Reliable, bubbly, personable and comes to work with a smile
This is a temp to hire position - $25-27 / hr
