• Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
• Act as an ethical intermediary between the buyer and other agent / seller to close transactions
• Participate in open houses, networking activities, and self-education to grow skills
• Guide 20 to 100 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
• Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents

Qualifications

• Current FL Real Estate License or waiting on the state exam date
• Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn new tools, tech, scripts, and strategies
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Display diligence and persistence in all things
• Have a winning attitude
