Vice President - Construction (Commercial)

We are currently working to identify the right candidate to fill our clients' need for a VICE PRESIDENT - CONSTRUCTION (New Position, Full P&L Responsibility.) Our client is a private, small+ sized, well thought of / respected, profitable and aggressively growing (organic / new lines-of business) COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY . This position will manage a small / growing team, have full business (P&L, sales / marketing, project management / estimating / execution, etc.) responsibility and own creating and building out this new line of business / vertical.
