Responsibilities :

  • Direct complex IT projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts.
  • Manage financial forecasts and provide on-going budget variance and scope change requests, and participate in the budget-resolution process.
  • Foster partnerships with program / project stakeholders and sponsors to define success criteria and metrics.
  • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of project.
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company.
  • Continually update relevant stakeholders of project status and publish accurate and professional project status reports.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to regularly brief key stakeholders on various aspects of assigned initiatives.
  • Represent the project in various project governance and inter-departmental forums.
  • Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
  • Ensure all projects meet success parameters and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure realistic and reliable resource plans across the project, focusing on the availability and commitment of appropriately skilled resources.
  • Identify, clarify, track and manage requirements, risks / opportunities, decisions and issues, remove barriers, resolve project issues and escalate as appropriate.
  • Partner with program management for contributions to overall reporting and status.

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations, and proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.

  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
  • Experience managing technology projects required.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, including functionality and design.
  • Expert with MS Project for project planning, detailed scheduling, tracking of dependencies and critical path.
  • Proficient with MS Teams Self-motivated, quick and assertive.
  • Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate project needs with global stakeholders and team members.
  • 10+ years of project management experience establishing and delivering IT projects, especially large company, global deployments.
