Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Palos Heights, Illinois.
This is a full-time position to provide vital support to students for the remainder of the school year.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
- Implement interventions to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications :
- Valid Illinois state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
