About The Position
Job Title : Sterile Processing Technician Job Specialty : Central Processing Department (CPD) Job Duration : Full-Time Shift : 12 PM - 8 PM, Monday - Friday;
On-call during weekends Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : 3+ years in Sterile Processing; previous travel experience preferred License : Active MA license required Certifications : Certification in Sterile Processing required Must-Have : COVID vaccines and booster, 2024-2025 flu vaccine Job Description : Ensure proper sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of sterilization techniques and procedures.- Adhere to strict safety and cleaning protocols to promote a sterile environment.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare team to ensure timely delivery of sterile supplies.- Demonstrate expertise in Central Processing Department operations.
- Maintain detailed records of sterilization processes and inventory.- Provide on-call support during weekends as required.
