Step into the role of a CNC Precision Machining Specialist with our energetic team based in Austintown, OH. We welcome you to join our off-shift, four-day work schedule from Monday to Thursday. Enjoy the flexibility of beginning your shift anytime between 3pm and 9pm. Each shift spans 10 hours.
Do you excel in operating CNC milling machines and crave the challenge of precision machining? As a CNC Precision Machining Specialist, you will be pivotal in crafting superior components, ensuring both safety and output are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently set up and guide CNC milling machines to fabricate parts per detailed specifications.
- Understand and execute work based on blueprints, technical plans, and job orders.
- Oversee machine functions, adjusting to sustain quality benchmarks.
- Engage in proactive maintenance and diagnostics for CNC machinery.
- Commit to safety measures and adhere to institutional policies.
- Accurately document production stats and machine efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes and productivity.
- Skillfully use measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
Preferred Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in CNC operations as a bonus.Demonstrable experience in roles akin to CNC Mill Operator.Comprehensive knowledge of CNC programming and G-code interpretation.Proficiency in deciphering and delineating technical documents and intricate blueprints.Capability to maintain tight tolerances up to .001”.Familiarity with measurement tools and quality assurance standards.Exceptional attention to minutiae and adept problem-solving prowess.Strong communication aptitude alongside team collaboration skills.Proficiency should include :
