Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of products and features guiding them from concept to deployment.
- Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to grasp requirements and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Focus on user needs while making informed tradeoffs among speed quality and functionality.
- Identify highimpact areas and be ready to engage where your skills are most needed across the technical stack.
- Tackle technical challenges to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to engineers.
Requirements :
- Experience : Over 5 years in backend software development ideally in a highgrowth startup environment.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Python React React Native AWS Postgres and JavaScript.
- ProblemSolving : Strong aptitude for tackling challenging problems and a commitment to taking ownership of your work.
- Communication : Effective communication skills enabling you to deliver solutions swiftly.
- Product Focus : Strong product instincts with a userfirst mindset in designing technical solutions.
- Team Player : A collaborative attitude that enhances the performance of those around you.
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the sports / trading card industry is a plus.
