Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in the Med / Surg Surgical Nephrology unit.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Support a positive and encouraging environment for patients and colleagues.
Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and procedures to deliver top-notch care.
Qualifications
Must hold a current Registered Nurse license.
Experience in Med / Surg and Surgical Nephrology is a big plus!
Strong patient care and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
Compassionate and dedicated to providing top-notch patient care.
Flexibility with shifts and a positive, can-do attitude.
Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
