- No call, no weekend; Can accommodate a 4-day work week after 6 months of service
- Uncapped RVU
- 100% outpatient; See 18 - 22 patients per day

- $50k sign-on bonus, $75k loan repayment for 2 years, $100k loan repayment for 3 years
