Child Well-Being Lead Specialist
Personnel Qualifications :
- All personnel must be able to successfully complete DHS suitability and background investigation processes.
- At least 50% of the CWB Specialists & Lead Specialists per sector must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
Requirements for the position :
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in behavioral health.
- Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license in one of the following or equivalent within the state(s) that they will be deployed within : Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor level prepared psychologists (LP).
- 5+ years of working experience post full licensure in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, and performing evaluations in direct engagement with children and their families, with work experience in a clinical or immigration setting strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of management experience leading and supervising staff.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment within a developing new program.
