Construction Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout
- Work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Manage budgets and schedules
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience managing large ground up project ranging from $25-75M
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
