Responsibilities & Requirements
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Generate fresh concepts
- Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Website design look and feel
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
HARD SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Extensive experience with Adobe Suite (minimum of PS, AI, ID, LrC)
- Experience in Adobe Premiere / After Effects (preferred, but not required)
- Strong aesthetic / composition skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and collaborate with a team
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
