We're seeking a driven, charismatic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager with the opportunity to also be Certified Fitness Coach as well.

Your Role :

• Sales & Member Engagement : As an Assistant Manager, youll be responsible for converting leads into members, promoting our training services, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
• Community & Brand Engagement : Build relationships within the community, promote our brand, and assist with local marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Daily Operations : Manage daily club tasks, including KPI analysis, member management, lead follow-up, social media posts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Fitness Coaching : Youll provide members with effective, safe, and efficient workouts, generate referrals, and retain members by delivering outstanding results.

Availability :
