Responsibilities :
- Manage reconstruction projects from estimating to completion.
- Adhere to company SOP’s.
- Create and execute detailed plans including schedule, budgeting, selections, etc with a primary goal to complete jobs on time, in budget, and with high quality standards.
- Ensure customer happiness by communicating regularly and thoroughly and maintaining a clean work space at all times.
- Estimate using Xactimate software.
Must have :
- Clean driving record.
- 1-3 yrs min experience in construction project management.
- Willingness to learn best practices.
