  • Job Description :

The Alcester Clubhouse Grille is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, mixing drinks to perfection, and providing top-notch customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and guidelines
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked at all times
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Assist with setting up and closing down the bar, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Qualifications :
  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
