We’re seeking a curious, experienced product manager to join the team, focusing on building our client-facing analytics features.

This role will initially report to the Director of Product, Platform and will collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including other product managers, engineers, data scientists, sales, solutions engineering, client success, and strategy.

What you’ll do :

  • Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
  • Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation of those hypotheses
  • Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests
  • Partner closely with other product teams to deliver against key strategic priorities
  • Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact
  • Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven’t considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission

What you bring :

  • 5+ years of software product management experience, including experience building data and analytics products, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions and a track record of delivering demonstrable business impact
  • Deep data literacy understanding of databases, comfort contributing to data structure design, data analysis skills including the ability to write SQL queries, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Sigma
  • Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style
  • Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions
  • Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work
  • A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact

Preferred) Experience working with electric utilities, EVs, IoT, or related industry

The salary range for this position is $140,000-160,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
