Duties
- Work to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and over the phone
- Provide personalized insurance sales advice and recommendations based on client needs
- Analyze client insurance coverage and make appropriate adjustments as necessary
- Negotiate insurance rates and terms with underwriters on behalf of clients
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with underwriters to secure favorable rates for clients
