Description

The Project Manager - Data Analyst will have demonstrated strong research and administrative skills to provide high-level management and will function independently in most responsibilities.

The role will include regular contact with internal and external entities of importance to manage the execution of data use agreements and subcontracts.

Other roles will include collaborating with the investigators and study team members on study development and protocols, maintaining the study database and study documentation, conducting data quality assessment and statistical analyses, propose new statistical analysis, and having the opportunity to contribute to study research papers.

Analyze data for grant-funded research projects, prepare grant reports, and design research studies. The individual will prepare data for analysis and conduct statistical analysis, contribute to questionnaire development and implementation for a set of social scientific research projects, develop IRB protocols, and assist in drafting reports to funders.

This is a 3-year limited-term position, with the opportunity for extension / renewal.

Qualifications :

Master's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in a research or health-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

At least three graduate statistics classes. The successful candidate will be extremely well-organized and resourceful. They must thrive in multi-tasking environments and be a self-starter with a results orientation.

An understanding of regulatory compliance issues is required. Be familiar with or willing to learn R or Python and stay up to date with new methods.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects, developing solutions to technical problems.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across the ecosystem of academic researchers, clinical providers, and local communities are essential.

High accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail will be vital to success in the position.

This position is grant-funded and continuation is contingent upon continued grant funding.

This position is not eligible for a hybrid working arrangement. Up to 10% of travel to research sites may be required.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
