Job Description

As a Inside Sales Representative you will receive inbound sales and activation calls, listens to and answers customer questions, and ensures that every customer has a positive experience with Best Buy Health.

We use a consultative sales approach, ensuring that our team listens closely to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customer’s life.

A successful team member will listen intently, understand customer needs, and be able to fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services.

We’re looking for candidates who excel at problem solving, kind and direct communication, and are performance driven.

Targeted Pay : $19 / hr base pay, plus uncapped commission plan. The average compensation including base + commission is between $40,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on performance.

This role will be remote first . The person who fills this role must be within a commutable distance to the Best Buy Health caring center in Novi MI, San Antonio TX, Reno NV or Carlsbad CA.

What you'll do

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and activations calls from existing and / or new customers, providing customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure
• Present and sell new products, upgrades and additional value-added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders
• Activate new lines of service for phones / devices purchased through retail partners
• Answer customer’s questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Basic qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required

Preferred qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year call center sales environment preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Prior experience meeting and / or exceeding sales quotas preferred
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
• Computer skills including typing and ability to navigate multiple apps / systems at the same time
