Applicants should be outgoing, confident, hardworking, energetic, motivated, and have strong communication skills. Must be very comfortable using a computer and have good technical skills.
No pest control background is necessary, but customer service experience is a plus. We will train the right person on our system.

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative position involves answering and making phone calls (NO cold calling), interacting with customers, and answering calls from our field technicians.
Primary Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls inquiring about the service and customer inquires
- Schedules appointments
- Writes emails to managers
- Ensures follow-up calls are made to customer

Salary Range : $40,000 and up based on experience
