Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $29.50 - $37.50 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights

Ebenezer Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Burnsville, MN! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.

• This nursing schedules include;
• 32 hours every two weeks
• Day shift
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities / Job Description

• Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Qualifications

Required :

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred :

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
