Role Description
We are open to a cull or part-time role for a Labor And Employment Attorney at Perlman Clinic in San Diego, CA. The position is hybrid remote.
The Attorney will be responsible for handling labor and employment law matters, including employment litigation, research, and drafting motions as needed.
Qualifications
- Law and Labor and Employment Law expertise
- Experience in Employment Litigation
- Research and Motions drafting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensure to practice law in California
