What You’ll Do :

• Deliver coordinated care for patients according to standards.
• Assess patients and create personalized care plans.
• Work with healthcare teams to maintain a safe environment.
• Teach patients and families about health management.
• Assist in discharge planning for ongoing care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff..

All You Need :

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in acute care facilities preferred.
