LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - SKILLED NURSING
Compensation from $24 - $26 / Hour - PLUS $1 / hour weekend differential
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time - $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for Part Time
Status / Shift : Full Time Night, Part Time Night
Rotating Weekends andHolidays

Qualifications :
- Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
- CPR certification required
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Responsibilities and Expectations :
- Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care
- Administers medications and treatments
- Performs resident assessments
- Participates in daily resident rounding
- May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
