Job OverviewAs a Product Designer at LanguageBird, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and user-friendly digital products that enhance the learning experience for our students.

You will be an integral part of our development team, working closely with engineers and product managers to shape the future of our platform.

We are looking for a talented and creative individual who is passionate about designing intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and define design solutionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideasDesign intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platformsConduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive product improvementsMaintain and evolve design patterns and style guides to ensure consistency across the platformKeep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in order to continuously improve the user experienceWork closely with engineers to oversee the implementation of designs and ensure visual quality and consistencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related fieldsMinimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably in an e-learning or EdTech environmentStrong design portfolio showcasing your creative approach and problem-solving skillsProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisionsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentFluency in multiple languages is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageA dynamic and supportive work environment with passionate and driven individualsOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementFlexible work arrangementsA chance to make a significant impact in the language learning industry and help people around the world achieve their goalsIf you are a creative and self-motivated designer with a passion for education and technology, come join our team at LanguageBird!
