A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to work remotely with investment clients and Financial Advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash management functions, including ACAT, wire, and ACH transfersFacilitate third-party calls and assist clients with rollover instructions and documentationComplete service requests within stated SLAs and coordinate with internal and external parties on operational mattersRequired Qualifications and EducationHS Diploma or GED required;
bachelor's degree preferredA minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services operations preferredExperience with client service aspects of investment advisory, including ACAT and IRA distributionsExposure to web-based investment service deliveryComfortable executing a remote-delivery service model
