Job Description :
A 1 : 1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed in Revere, MA, to support an elementary student with complex medical needs.
This full-time role involves working closely with the student, ensuring their health is monitored and managed effectively throughout the school day.
Responsibilities :
- Provide 1 : 1 nursing care for a student with high needs such as diabetes and autism
- Administer medications and perform health monitoring throughout the day
- Support the students daily activities, ensuring a safe learning environment
- Communicate and collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate health documentation and records
Requirements :
- Active LPN license in Massachusetts
- Experience with high-needs children, particularly those with diabetes and autism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior school experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule :
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 7 : 45 AM - 3 : 30 PM
