Job Description

Duration : 12 months with possible extension

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
  • Configure and install common applications.
  • Install and remove desktop PCs and monitors.

Requirements :

  • Remote take-over skills a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites.
