Position : Director Case Management
Location : Aventura, FL
Shift : Full-time
No Weekends
Job Highlights :

Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including staffing and technology utilization
- Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and quality goals
- Ensure adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes
- Assess and improve departmental performance through data analysis and performance improvement initiatives
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Required)
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Admin, or Business Admin (Preferred)
- 3+ years acute care HCM experience
- 2+ years in case management leadership
