Job description
Sorting Robotics Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager / Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manager / Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts for our robotic innovations in the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.
Preferred : Must be comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it) as we manufacture robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Attend industry trade shows and events.
- Manage sales and relationships in the western territory of : Alaska, Oregon, Washington, California

Requirements
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and / or Business Development
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a must.
- Ability to use cloud based platforms such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM, and be able to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture or related field required.
- Cultivation, Greenhouse, Extraction, or other cannabis equipment sales experience is a big plus!
- Experience using and maintaining a CRM software solution
- Able to travel 25% of the time
- All employees are required to have had a minimum of 2 doses of the Covid-19-SARS-2 vaccine with proof of vaccination. Masks and gloves are available for all employees at no cost.
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Benefits
Benefits :Salary : $250,000 (On Target Earnings) + Equity + uncapped commission
