RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Install, patch, monitor, diagnose, and performance-tune Tibco software, ensuring all platforms are at supported software levels.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and CIS patching requirements.
- Confidence in training and providing feedback to team members, fostering skill development and best practices.
- Maintain a customer service-focused approach, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness to platform changes and support needs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ experience in Tibco Suite Administration.
- Expertise in data engineering.
- JAVA coding skills.
