We are seeking a seasoned Medical Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns in medical settings, a passion for driving brand awareness, and a track record of achieving measurable results.
This role will be instrumental in promoting our specialized services, engaging healthcare professionals, and reaching families in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to expand brand visibility and support recruitment efforts for our healthcare services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns, digital content, and engagement tactics.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audiences, adapting strategies for optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, networks, and potential referral sources.
- Lead initiatives for digital marketing, social media, and content development to amplify our reach within the healthcare community.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical or healthcare marketing, with a successful track record in campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing channels, industry regulations, and trends.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
