Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent and a Night Auditor at Hilton Garden Inn Austin North or Courtyard by Mariott.
The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and Problem-solving abilities
- Experience with hotel reservation systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions and services
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
